Theme: On Vacation
 
This year we are all going "on vacation". Where could you go? What could you do? How will you get there? Will it be palm tress or polar bears, tropical islands or a staycation right here on our island?
 
Ask your Colony to decide where they will be "going", what they will be doing (your project) and come dressed for an awesome day of fun! (and appropriately for the weather)
 
Colonies will be organized into "Curiseships" to explore all the different projects they have brought to share with each other.
 
Cost: $10 per youth
$2 per Scouter/Scouter Under 18(cost of Crest)
No cost for those helping out with projects.
 
Date: June 8th, 2019
 
Drop Off: 9:30-9:45am
 
Pick Up: 2:30pm

Outdoor Activity Application Form 
Each group should fill out and submit their own Outdoor Activity Forms to Group Commissioners. A common form will not be created. 
 
Activities - Each Colony is asked to bring one project and at least 1 Scouter or youth to run the project. 
 
Emergency Plan: Council will prepare and circulate a common emergency plan. Groups are to identify first aiders to Council team upon arrival - one per Colony please!
 
Washrooms: Located in the outdoor pavilion building 
 
First Aid: VOLUNTEER NEEDED
 
Food: Each Group is to ensure all youth are provided with a snack and lunch. No food will be provided by the Beaveree team at this time. We will discuss further at the Prep Meeting.
